Ms. Valerie Evanoff is the Chief Executive Officer of Biometric Services International (BSI), LLC, a National Biometric Security Project (NBSP) company. In this role, she provides the management, oversight, direction and supervision of all BSI testing, training, research and standards activities, including the company's Qualified Product List (QPL) testing program and other lines of business such as biometric privacy impact assessments, image capture efforts, and trade studies. Valerie also serves as the Vice President of Operations for the NBSP.

Ms. Evanoff manages the multi-million dollar Biometrics in National Security (BiNS) program while also providing strategic and operational planning for the implementation of BSI's unique biometric support services. Her career includes over 14 years experience working with government clients, with a particular focus on emerging technologies and innovative projects. In her time with NBSP, she has directed proposal development efforts for large-scale government projects within the intelligence and defense communities, designed, developed, and instructed biometric training courses for customers such as the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) and the National Signatures Program (NSP), and spoken at internationally recognized biometric symposia. Prior to joining NBSP, Valerie demonstrated skilled leadership as a Program Manager at NASA's Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) Facility where she established and directed an outreach program that provided training to over 2,500 people annually. Her career also includes 4 years experience as a bacteriologist and microbiologist for the Ohio Department of Agriculture.

Ms. Evanoff holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the Ohio State University and a Master's Degree in Science Education from West Virginia University. She is a recipient of the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center Annual Honors Award and the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center Excellence in Outreach Award for her contributions to the space program's training and education initiative.
